My 21 Day Fix Experience

Everyone has there own ideas and awesome forms of#transformationtuesday !! I love seeing everyones transformations and hearing their inspiring stories! I loved being pregnant more then any other time in my life! Knowing I had my beautiful baby girl growing inside me is an indescribable feeling, until you have been a mommy yourself!! I was very eager to get the lovely extra baby weight off once Kennedy was born though! I began going to the gym regularly after Kennedy's birth and was starting to shape up again. There was something definitely missing though, as the last few pounds would not shed!!! If there is one thing I was, and will ALWAYS be working on is my portion control… let's just say I can out eat a 300 pound man lol …even when I am not eating for two !! What is the 21 Day Fix?
Basically, this a 21-day program (that can be repeated). It’s all about portion control. No calorie counting. No points. No complicated nutrition system to figure out. You get colored containers. Each container is for a different food group (i.e. carbs, protein, fruits, veggies, etc). You get a list of what foods are appropriate for each container, and here’s the best part… If it fits in the container, and you can close the lid, you can eat it. Simple as that! It even allows for some small chocolate treats and wine!! (Yippee!). It includes a dining out guide (which we all need!).  It also comes with 30-minute workouts, for 7-days a week (projected to burn 400 calories per workout), and a 30-day supply of Shakeology meal replacement shakes.
